REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

OVERVIEW

At Erica Fine Jewelry, all items are made to order and individually crafted after purchase.

We offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.


14-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn and unused
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR RETURN

We accept returns on standard website items, including sale items, unless they fall under the exclusions listed below.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalised jewellery
  • Custom or customer-specific orders
  • Any item made or modified to customer specifications
  • Items purchased using a special or negotiated discount agreed directly with the customer (including via email or chat) that differs from standard website pricing
  • Gift cards
  • Items not in original condition
  • Items returned without prior approval

CANCELLATIONS

We accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing an order.

After 24 hours, cancellation may still be possible if production has not started.

Once production has begun, cancellation may not be accepted as all items are made to order.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (including PayPal)
  • Processing time is typically 5 to 10 business days

Your bank or PayPal provider may require additional time to process the refund.
